Christmas Clothes

Ellie and Levi got some cute clothes for Christmas from Grandma and Grandpa Petersen and Grandma Montag.  We had to take pictures of course!

Riding the Fire Truck with Santa

Our brother-in-law works at the Sunset Fire Department, and every year Santa rides around town on the Fire Truck and the kids of the fire fighters get to ride with him.  Since Navarro doesn't have kids he asked if Ellie could be his rider.  So early one Saturday morning in December we got up and ran over to the fire station to get Ellie on the truck. 

Clint and Ellie got to ride up top and Levi and I got to ride on the inside.  I totally wasn't planning on it so I hadn't gotten ready or anything, so I looked completely awful.  But just as we started to go snow started to come down like nobody's business so Ellie only stayed up top for about an hour.  Then she came inside the truck with Levi and I.  Clint was up there for about three or four hours though!  I felt so bad for him because it was snowing so hard.  But overall it was really fun and we are grateful that Navarro let us come along for the ride!

Ellie totally loved the whole ride.  She also got a stuffed doggy, who is named Rover, from the Firemen.  She always talks about her ride on the Fire Truck.  Thanks Uncle Varro!

November Randoms

I have so much catch up to do that I am combining the rest of November.

The first Saturday in November Clint's work, AvantGuard, had their first annual 5K Fun Run/Walk.  The proceeds went to a little boy with cancer which was really neat.  He came to see us all.  We also had to dress up, and there were prizes involved, so of course we had to participate!  I won't show you my costume though...I was a little embarrassed!  But Clint made a fancy fire truck to go over our stroller and Ellie loved her ride!

Levi got to start on rice cereal and fruits/veggies.  He wasn't quite sure what to think of it so he just wanted to lick the bumbo seat at first.  Or eat his hands...he's good at that.

And we went out to Grandma Tana's to show her Levi's Halloween costume since he was asleep on Halloween.  He wasn't too happy about wearing it again though!

That's November in a BIG nutshell!  We had fun as always!

Weber State Football VIP's

Back in November we got to go to the last Weber State home Football game.  We were randomly selected out of the crowd to go down and sit on a sofa in the end zone and be the 'family of the game.'  It was pretty fun!  They gave us VIP passes to go to the VIP tent and get some grub and drinks and then took us to the couch to watch the game.  Clint says we got picked because he was wearing his lucky shoes. ;)


Ellie really loved it too.  She got to see Waldo like ten times and got to give him a high-five almost every single one of those times!  And every time something would happen in the game she would shout "Are you kidding me?!"  What a funny girl.  She LOVES ball games.

Delay in Programming

Well I have tried four times to download pictures onto a post, but the computer just won't let me.  Sorry!  Clint is going to try to figure out our computer tonight to see if we can fix it.  We've been having troubles with it lately!  Maybe I can start making posts tomorrow!

We Are Here!

Don't worry folks!  We are still around!  Like I said before, our camera broke so we went without a camera for a while.  Well we got one for Christmas from my dad so we HAVE been taking pictures, it's just a matter of getting them onto the computer now!  I'm so sorry!  We have so much catch up to do like always. 


We have just been so busy with Christmas and New Years, and then last week Levi and I had a serious case of the flu bug.  NO FUN!  So we're playing catch up for the next little while.
